Christian was an absolute dream - so kind and helpful. He answered all my questions thoughtfully while managing other clients as they came through. I’ve worn the brand before but never managed to stock up on the essentials. Left with four amazing shirts (1940s and 214s) and one pair of stellar shorts. Mission accomplished. Great brand, great store, super friendly and helpful staff. I’ve own some of their famous loop-wheeled t-shirts, but now they have a whole collection of tops, bottoms, and accessories. My wife and I stopped in today to check out the products and left with a few t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a button down crochet shirt. The guy who helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable. The merchandise is great. All natural fibers, organic cotton, high quality items with timeless style that will last for many years.

Excellent customer service n product knowledge from christian n michelle to find me the perfect white tee…. After trying on 4 different styles, the Pima cotton preached n shrunk was the winner…. “The bear” famous tee was too thick for me

Great staff, great service. Was able to try in lots of stuff. Everything is of high quality. Dude with the mustache especially was super helpful, even during times when there were a lot of customers in the store. Best of all staff let me browse around for a good 20 minutes and never pushy and just let me look. I also love the interior design and the nice cedar scent in there. Highly recommend!

Really good experience in the store. Read about Merz b. Schwanen for some time and happy to purchase some items. Christian provided great service by explaining the nuances between different products and assisting with trying products on. I recommend people coming down to visit the store to see which product works best for you.
